Leeds Cafes (Caffeine Magazine)

DSC_0415CIn this months 10th issue of Caffeine Magazine I went to Leeds to photograph four great independent cafes, whilst Brian did the great reviewing of the cafes. If you didn’t manage to pick up an issue then here are the four great cafes you should visit if you’re in Leeds.

La Bottega Milanese
2 Bond Court, Leeds, LS1 2JZ

La Bottega Milanese do the best spicy salami and taleggio cheese panini, and nutella filled pasticcini! (you heard it here first)

Mrs Atha’s
10 Central Road, Leeds, LS1 6DE

A rarity of Mrs Athas are their freshly homemade cakes. They’re not dry and sugary like most other cafes. Instead they are made with pure love, just like their coffee.

Laynes Espresso
16 New Station Street, Leeds, LS1 5DL

Great simple breakfasts, delicate cakes and beautifully crafted coffee from their awesome Synesso machine.

Opposite Cafe
Victoria Quarter, Leeds, LS1 6AZ

Situated in glorious Victoria Quarter, beaming with daylight and a small seating area to have a more European quick shot of espresso on the go.
